The verdict on Bobby Cutts Jr. is in. The 6 man, 6 woman jury recommended “life in prison without parole” for his part in the death of Jessie Marie Davis’ and their unborn child’s life.

He was found guilty on seven charges connected with the crime including child endangering, abuse of a corpse, aggravated murder and burglary.

The judge hasn’t decided if the sentences will run concurrently or will have to be served separately. If it’s a concurrent sentence, the soonest Cutts would be able to walk free would be in 57 years - without parole. Cutts is 30 years old.

Although nothing makes up for the loss of Jessie and her baby girl Chloe, hopefully it will help bring closure to her friends and family.

    4. Bobby Cutts,Jr. deserves to die. I can’t imagine the mental suffering that poor girl went thru as the father of her children killed her.I can imagine him watching his unborn daughter squirming in the womb as her mother died. He could have saved this child, but her death was intended, no child support. I remember seeing Cutts during his arraingnment. He actually had a staring contest with her family! Then the fake dry crying spell while he was being examined by his lawyer. All of a sudden life becomes precious when it is YOUR’S.

As much as I would like to see him die for what he did, I also pittied him when he begged for mercy. If I had been on that jury I would have spared him too. They showed him so much more mercy, than he showed Jessie and his own baby. Life imprisonment for an X-cop will not be fun. And, he deserves every minute of it.
