Final Arguments For Bobby Cutts Jr. Murder Trial Today

Today attorneys will make final arguments in the Bobby Cutts Jr. murder trial.
Bobby Cutts Jr. is a former Canton police officer that stands accused of murdering his girlfriend, Jessie Marie Davis last June. She was nine months pregnant at the time of her death.
Yesterday, Cutts testified that he accidentally struck her with his elbow causing her to collapse. When he wasn’t able to revive her using bleach he wrapped her body in a comforter and dumped her body.
He left his toddler son alone at the residence (crime scene) to be found by family members and authorities.
He could face the penalty if convicted. He’s pleaded “not guilty” to the charges, but soon a jury will decide. We’ll keep you posted with updates in the Cutts’ murder trial.
