Nicole Boyd and Roger Dillon, a couple from Youngstown, Ohio have spoken about their part in a
8 million dollar armored car robbery.

The couple has been charged with bank larceny stemming form the November 26, 2007 crime.
They were able to heist an AT Systems Truck in Liberty, Ohio. They stole $6.7 million in cash and the rest in checks. All but $3,500.00 has been recovered.
After the crime, they fled to Pipestem, W.Va. where the cash was recovered. They had a trailer home that they had fortified prior to the crime for their “getaway.” Boyd cited “financial problems” as the reason they did the crime.
Nicole Boyd admitted her guilt in a written statement.
“I knew taking the money from AT Systems was wrong, but I wanted a better life,” she said in the statement, read by FBI agent Guy Hunneyman at a bond hearing in U.S. District Court.
Dillon’s mother is charged with conspiracy because she knew of the couple’s plans. She tried to talk them out it, but didn’t prevent them from doing the crime.
If convicted, the trio faces 25 years in prison and $250,000 fine. They have plead “not guilty.” They have no prior criminal record and have been held without bond since their arrest on December 1, 2007.
