Kenny Lofton Returning To The Cleveland Indians
July 27, 2007 – 2:20 pmFresh news out of the Cleveland Indian’s camp. Kenny Lofton is coming back to the Cleveland Indians after becoming a free agent in 2001.

Lofton was traded to the Indians after the Rangers picked up minor league catcher, Max Ramirez.
The Indians are lead by the Detroit Tigers, falling one and a half games behind them in the AL Central. They also lead as the Wildcard.
In the last 84 games Lofton is hitting .303 with 7 home runs and 21 steals.
It will good to see him come back to C-Town. He’s expected to be in the Indian’s lineup for their series opener against the Minnesota Twins.
