Cleveland Ingenuity Festival Takes Place Downtown.
July 11, 2006 – 8:27 amThe Cleveland Ingenuity Festival takes place in Downtown Cleveland (between Prospect Avenue and East 4th Street) on Thursday July 13, 2006 and continues through Sunday July 16, 2006.
The Ingenuity Festival is a chance to celebrate life through music and dance of all genres including hip-hop, jazz, contemporary, folk, techno, rock and even polka!
There will be plenty of live entertainment including stilt walkers, poetry reads, parades, and food.
A one day ticket costs $10.00, a festival pass ticket is $25.00.
