Despite the weather looking “iffy” on Friday, the Memorial Day holiday weekend shaped up to be simply gorgeous.
Last night I watched the sunset and thought it was simply amazing. I took a few pictures and thought that I’d post one up.

Pink skies are make the world seem like rose colored glasses, and the world is beautiful through a camera’s lense.
Enjoy your day off and don’t forget to remember the honorable men and women that have fought for our freedom. Be sure to thank a veteran and display your American flags today!

You know..I am the first to honor the men who fought for our freedoms, but really I hate it when people put it that way. men who fought and died in wars are hardly the only citizens who have given their lives for our right to speak out freely in this country….perhaps we should have a day to commemorate some anti-war protesters of the past or civil-rights activists…..Knowitall7
