If you love ribs, and I know you do, Northeast Ohio is the place to be this holiday weekend.
Downtown Cleveland is hosting the Top’s Great American Rib Off
If you’re looking for ribs in the suburbs of Cleveland, Berea is hosting the Berea City Club Rib Burn Off, which runs through May 29, 2006. This event takes place at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds
Blossom Music Center in Richfield, Ohio is having a Bar-B-Q and Music Festival. With 2 sound stages you can catch live performances from Scott Savol and other artists. Gates open at noon and all lawn tickets cost $7.50. Monday they are having a custom bike show all day long and vetrans, law enforcement agents and firefighters get free admission all day long.
So if you’ve got a taste for some of the best ribs in the land, be sure to vist Northeast Ohio for your rib fix!

Most of the ribs are really good, but be prepared to shell out a couple of bucks for each sample of ribs. I have hit a few Rib fests…and remember paying a buck or two for one rib’s worth of meat.
