Greeting People to Cleveland.

One thing I have always wondered about the town of Cleveland is why the first thing you see coming into town via 90 is a giant sign for CVS?
Not to say that this advertisement is wrong, but it seems like a sign that said
“Welcome to Cleveland.. *more promotional stuff here*
would be a better way to greet those visiting the city of Cleveland, instead of a Drug Store?
Every time we drive by that sign it makes me wonder.
.. and now I guess I’ll lob that question out into the universe..
