Today was the first day for frost. That means it’s getting colder at night and dreaded Cleveland winter is well on its way.

The past couple of days have been pretty nice, though. Yesterday it was sunny and in the 50’s or 60’s. Most people have put away their summer shorts in favor of a light jacket or sweatshirt from what I could tell.
We went down to the Cinemark in Valley View and caught the movie “Weatherman” with Nicholas Cage. I thought it was a good movie that dealt with life on a lot of different levels. It was about a man that had good intentions, but for some reason or another, he just couldn’t seem to get it all together. It is a dark drama/ comedy that makes you think about your own life.

Don’t forget that clocks have “fallen back” so if your clocks and electronics don’t change automatically, you’ll want to change them before Monday morning. Otherwise you’ll be an hour earlier than you need to be! It is also a good time to change the batteries in your smoke detectors. Safety first!
