Hayride at the Chalet

Tonight we went to the Chalet at Mill’s Run Reservation to check out the hayride. There was a long line so we decided just to enjoy the pleasant night and people watch under the full moon. We took a number of pictures which have uploaded. There was plenty of music and a good time was being had by all. The fireplace was glowing with warm embers and there was another fire off in the distance that was burning brightly. On our way there, there were a number of deer standing close to the roadway so if you go, keep an eye out for them.
It was a good night of family fun. Several people were cooking under tents and concessions were available. This is also open on Sunday from 1-4 PM.
We had a nice “Sweetest Day” night out..
