Weekend in the “West”

This weekend had a “west” flair to it for sure.
We went to Northwest Ohio to visit my family (parents, sisters nephews and neice)
It was Alex’s 12th birthday, so we bought him a new skateboard at “West Side Skates”

Orange came home after being treated for 7 days at the West Park Animal Hospital.
I am so happy to see him home! He had a blocked urinary tract and could have died from poisoning. Taking your pet to the vet is never fun, but they saved his life and took exceptionally good care of him.
Dr. Scott was attentive, young and seemed like he really cared about pets
(unlike other vets I’ve done business with in the past) He called and updated when he said he would, and the cost didn’t suddenly go higher than what he told us it would be. The facility was pretty new and super nice on the inside. They are open from 8 am-8pm everyday and offer emergency care, too. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs vetrinary care for their own pets. I think Orange would agree!
