Today we decided to go brush up on our shooting skills.
We went to the Stonewall Indoor Pistol Range in Broadview Heights. It has a pretty nice gun shop
as well as offering classes on gun safety, the NRA short course, certification classes for CCW, and education for hunters.
Back in January we got our NRA Short course certification and we have been there a few other times to practice. There were a number of Cleveland Clinic Security guards there today.. about 40 of them.. There was still enough room for us to use stall 15 for a few rounds.
From my targets, I have to aim higher because the kick from the “Sun” is pretty strong.
They tend to be on the targets right leg more than anywhere else.

Another cool place I want to check out is the Cleveland Gray Armory Museum
This is a great piece of local history that housed one of the first private militias and was one of the first to have uniformed troops west of the Allegheny Mountains. The facility is also rumored to be haunted.
Maybe we can catch a glimpse of one?
