It is always good to be aware of the things that are going on around you.
Especially when you are behind the wheel of a car.

The highways can be very dangerous, and proved deadly for a 65 year old Pennsylvania doctor traveling to Toledo, Ohio via the turnpike. Apparently he had pulled over to the side of the road to switch drivers. If he was driving straight through, he had about another 2 hours of driving to reach his destination. But instead of switching drivers he was shot dead by some guy in a van that pulled up behind his Jaguar and demanded money. I’m guessing that it was a crackhead or something, because his wife and another adult passenger were not hurt or assaulted.

It makes you wonder what people are willing to do for their vices, habits, addictions or pure greed. Certainly the few hundred dollars (if even that) could have been taken without it leading to an educated persons untimely death while driving a car?

Always take care on any highway, you never know who or what is behind the wheel of the car next to you.
